MadSci Network: Chemistry |
Hello. My name is Jeri Song. I am currently a student attending Watkins Mill High School. My class was assigned a chemistry project.Let me explain more about the project:we have to test the a chemical property of a set of similar subtances.I have selected the topic on different types of rice,(Ex.brown Rice, white Rice...) and the amount of iron in it.This project is not really to be done, but we need to research a way this project could be done.Another resource suggested an atomic- absorption spectrometric method.I am not certain on this method though. Please send me anything you can, any information on rice, any device you think will help. Thankyou for your help!
Re: What kind of device can you use to find the amount of iron in rice?
