Hello

I read here that the moon moves 4cm away from the earth every
year due to the lack of gravity when furthest away from earth,If
this is the case,Does the moon come 4cm closer when it returns
back around the earth?.Is its orbit stretched or kept firm?. If
it is kept firm?

Thanks

Rob

Thanks
