My question is in relation to another question posted previously on this
site. Would anyone be able to explain the process of electroporation and
if it has any relevance to the insertion of a recombinant plasmid/CFTR
gene into an adenovirus? I would appreciate if anyone could describe this
process of inserting a CF gene into an adenovirus in detail.
