A bimetallic strip is made up of two different
metal strips , iron and brass , welded or riveted together. So when it is
heated , which of the metal expands more ? And when it is cooled , which of
the metal contracts more ? Are iron and brass the only metals used in
making the bimetallic strip ? How about other metals ?
Thank you very much for viewing my question . I hope you will reply soon as
I need it urgently ! Thank you once again.
