Dear Sim,

If ASTM stands for American Society For Testing and Materials, then through them 
I haven't found any test which deals with blood viscosity. Better check yourself 
at www.astm.org.  If you want information regarding other tests for blood 
viscosity, contact me again and I will try to help, but let me know your 
background and purpose in detail.
