An interesting request!

I am not aware of any such place. There are plenty of automatic translator sites, but they will not translate chemical names. If you want a real person to translate some chemical documents, there are also several of those advertising on the Internet, but that's not really what you're looking for is it?

The closest I can get is an expensive option. If you visit the link below, you can order a diskette with the names of over 28000 substances in 9 european languages. It costs 200 euros!
