Subject: As I can know the efficiency of my catalyst and .........?

Excuse my English, is a little 

I am using a new catalyst in the electrolisis of water, added my catalyst 
(catalizador in spanish) and NaCl and in 1 minute  obtain great amount of 
Cu(OH)2 approximately 0,5 to 0,8 gram when applying 9 Volt (Bateria 
Duracell). The production of I hydrogenate is extremely highly and the 
level of the low water considerably. This is a new catalyst? 
As I can know the efficiency of my catalyst
