(exuse my horrible english) Some old pottery have been built with 
a thin thread. it's the 'sgraffite' method. When the pottery was 
turning the thread received any vibrations, even the sounds! 
which could be recorded on the surface of the pottery like on a 
gramophone. is it possible to 'read' old pottery and extract from 
the noise of the surface (with a sound programm) the sounds wich 
could have been recorded in the past when the pottery was built?
