THE ANSWER TO THE QUESTION DOES BONE MARROW REGENERATE IN THE DONOR? is  yes
, and very rapidly.  Just like a blood donation .  Marrow is found in all
long bones, hip sternum etc., and only a fractin od ones resources is 
removed
at one sitting.  Therefor repeated donations are possible. RM
