When you watch the news or some sort of documentary, they sometimes get a 
shot of the computer screen of the person's desk as they interview them. 
The computer screen is just dancing away with waves of flickering. What 
causes this? The screen looks like an old cga monitor, why? Why does it not 
look that way on TV shows or movies? Does it have something to do with the 
camera? If so, what cameras can keep this from happening?
