Will it be possible to have a program that can be carried around as you 
travel the world that would allow you to understand what others are saying, 
no matter what language they use? I'm not talking about alien languages 
like sci-fi. I'm refering to just here on earth. We all know the languages, 
how could we code or create a program that can do this for us so we can 
open the barriers of communication?
