I already know that increasing the concentration will inhibit the growth of
microbes, up to the point when no microbes will grow (conc. = 100mg/l of Cu or
Zn).
I believe it may affect the enzymes (as a non-competitive inhibitor). Some
enzymes have a Cu/Zn requirement.
