I was wondering after having seen the movie 'Enemy of the State' whether
that kind of survellience technology is possible through government
satelites that can zoom in on any one person looking through entire
buildings and keep track of him and his activities and record events with
such precision that one can replay a point-of-time image from the past
just by knowing the coordinates and date-time of the event. is that
possible? and if so, is that happening?? and how do they store this
information?? is it possible to zoom in on any event that might have
happened in the past by just specifying the date-time and coordinates?
that just sounds too incredible to be true.. that one can go back in time
and replay anything that happened on this planet in the past from a
satelite. is this scifi or is it possible?
