Reading in the June edition of Popular Science it says researchers at
the Institute for Advanced Studies propose they may be able engineer the
vacuum of space. Using concepts based on quantum physics saying empty
space contains zero-point energy. Meaning pretty much the ability to
control inertia or warp space.
