I can find information about red blood cells in bone marrow, and how red 
blood cells travel through the bone marrow, but I cannot find an answer to 
this specific question.  I am not sure how to arrive at the answer from 
all the information I am reading.  I have looked in encyclopedias and 
throughout web sites that say blood/bone marrow, etc.  Please help.  Thank 
you.
