I’m not sure how detailed your model is supposed to be. Do you need information on the atomic structure, or just the general structure of DNA?
After searching the Internet, I think your best bet is to head to your nearest library--books are not dead yet! Most high school or college biology books will show the structure of DNA, as will biochemistry books. The most recent issue of Kids Discover is on DNA (Volume 9, Issue 10, October 1999), although it is mostly on genetics rather than DNA itself.
