According to the Merck Index (an encyclopedia of drugs, chemicals, etc.) the
dose of salicylic that kills 50% of mice (the lethal dose 50 or LD50) is 500
milligrams/kilogram of mouse. Salicylic acid is usually used topically
(externally) as is not used internally, as it will cause vomiting, abdominal
pain, etc. You may not want to use this on mice, they are likely not to be
happy.

In case you are talking about acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin), the LD50 in mice
is 1-2 grams/kilogram. Be careful with any drug you use on mice--they'll
appreciate it.
