There is much parents/society can do to improve childrens' intelligence, 
especially from the prenatal stage to age 3.  There are many factors, good 
nutrition, time parents spend with children, TLC, stimulating environment, 
encouragement, and genes too.  Is it possible to create genius children?  
Has any scientist attempted to create genius rats?
