As far as I know, there has never been a measurement of the deflection of starlight by Jupiter, probably because it would be too small to be easily measured. The deflection of starlight by the Sun is difficult enough to detect (for a picture of the 1919 measurement, take a look at http://www.rog.nmm.ac .uk/private/1919/eclipse2.html
However, gravitational lensing by galaxy clusters, and by stars in the halo of our galaxy, has been detected. To find out more about this, and other experimental tests of general relativity, take a look at Chris Hillman's web page.
