A lot of packing materials get thrown away and end up in trash dumps. 
Trash dumps generate gasses that can ignite and burn the trash. A lot of 
trash is styrofoam. Could a downwind smoke cloud containing the products 
of burnt styrofoam present a danger to human and animal life?
