Message:
A lot of packing materials get thrown away and end up in trash dumps.
Trash dumps generate gasses that can ignite and burn the trash. A lot of
trash is styrofoam. Could a downwind smoke cloud containing the products
of burnt styrofoam present a danger to human and animal life?
