Subject: What would most likely happen?

Two questions
1) In theory, if the universe were a "closed" shape and it eventually took 
up all its space and began to decreese in size, would time also begin 
flowing backwards.  2) If the universe eventually crashed into limits of 
emty space, would it create a major cascare effect or would all the 
matterkeep floowing into the edge creating aring or sphere of matter.
