What I mean is things such as the type of water - whether it be
distilled water, tap water, etc. Also whether heat would be adequate or
would it kill the algae culture. Pehaps soil or sand would be efficient.
These are generally the things I am trying to get at. I am attempting to
grow spirogyra, which is an algae culture, for a research project. This is
why I am trying to get this information.
