Isopropyl alcohol is perfectly safe. Ozone destruction is accomplished by molecules which are not biodegradable, yet are easily knocked apart by hard UV rays in the stratosphere to form free radicals, each of which can destroy many, many ozone molecules. The 1995 Chemistry Nobel Prize was awarded for work in this area ( http://www.nobel.se/laureates/chemistry-1995.html).

Isopropyl alcohol is biodegradeable, and would be quickly destroyed (in a stoicheometric chemical reaction) by one or two molecules of ozone if it made it to the stratosphere.
