I am chiefly looking at cells of algae and the effects of acid rain on
them. Simulated acid rain consists of sulfuric acid. I was wondering
whether there is a name for the process of an acid wearing away on cells,
such as there is a name for other processes (i.e. meisos, osmoses, etc).
Thank you for looking at my question.
