Popcorn is best stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. The
airtight container keeps out moisture and the refrigerator allows the
temperature to be controlled. Storing your popcorn this way will decrease
the amount of unpopped kernels when you pop it. (Brown, A. 2000.
