Dear Kim,

If I understand your question correctly, you are asking if four atoms of
oxygen can combine to form a single stable molecule. To the best of my
knowledge oxygen only exists in combinations of two atoms (dioxygen) or
three atoms (ozone). It is possible to make atomic oxygen (single atoms)
but these combine to form dioxygen very rapidly.
