hi. have u heard about yeast metabolism? i had a labortory of it which is
about looking for different CO2 production of single sugars that are
fructose glucose sucrose and lactose. i'd got fructose is the greastest
co2 production including stable measurment of all. plus, lactose had none!
do u know the reason? why fructose got the greastest and lactose got none
at the same amount of yeast, and sugars?
