Though by definition,restructured meat products refer to any product in which the primary structure of the muscle is altered by processes like slicing,flaking and grinding and structured thereafter,sausages are generally not considered as restructured meat products because of their feel as finely ground products.Hence does restructured products necessarily mean to have a mouthfeel similar to intact meat cuts?
