Message:
I know that electrons move differently in a beam than they do in a
conductor. But there still moving, and with a dense (or large) or high
energy beam, shouldn't a significant magnetic and electric field be created
around the beam, just like when electrons "flow" through a conductor?
Also, if there are indeed fields, what about with a proton or neutron beam?
