Hi Austin.
As far as I can tell, Porcupines do not carry any substances in 
their quills. In any event, antibiotics are too weak to survive in such a 
substrate. I think it more likely that we would need antibiotics if one 
chose to charge us, in reverse, like they are supposed to do.
