I've collected blood samples (plus EDTA) and keep at 4 degrees. It is now
about a year, and when I try to extract the DNA (I've been using 3 types 
of isolation kit), it's hard to get enough DNA, sometimes even none. 
Please 
advice me on what are the better methods to extract DNA of this older 
blood.
