I'm interested in results of research regarding the behaviour of consumers/ 
buyers of products in the store....Why do they want to touch the produkt? 
What kind of information are they getting out of that? What is the opinion 
of the shop-owners about that? Are there any solutions thought out for that 
'problem'??
