A static charge will radiate in your non-inertial frame of reference.
Because Maxwell's equations only apply to inertial frames, you can
not use Maxwell's equations directly in your non-inertial frame.
Instead, you should solve the problem in a inertial frame first,
then transform to your non-inertial frame.
