I would like to know this because I had to pick a topic and this the the topic I had selected. My experiment consists of the history, references, inventor, and my hypothesis, and my conclusion of my experiment. If you could help me understand why baking soda would lower the temperature of hot water, and if it would raise the temperature of cold water I would appreciate it. Thank You
