Dear Gibran Shah Planck' Constant h is a very important number which helps to understand things in the world of atoms (quantum theorie). It is a fundamental constant of nature, just like the speed of light c (300 000 km/s). Thus, it cannot be 'calculated' (just like people can calculate the number pi=3.141..) but it has to be 'measured'. The easiest way to do so is by the so called (outer) photoeffect experiment. This effect is described in any good textbook on modern physics. By the way: Albert Einstein got his nobel price not for finding the theory of relativity but for explaining the photoeffect !
