I am refering to mechanical hysteresis. ie. stretching the material 
mechanically
The hysteresis loop I am talking about is found under the chapter elasticty 
or young modulus in A-level text. However, what causes hysteresis loop to 
occur during the stretching ot materials? May I know molecularly?
