Dear Joey

if I understand you correctly, your task is to build an electric motor. The
principal way to do so is to roll up an insulated wire and build an
elektromagnet which is repelled or attracted by a second permanent magnet.
However, the design is not trivial and I have to ask you to refer to a
physics textbook (school level on elektromagnetism). Don't feel discuraged:
It is possible and the needed material is simple (nails, wire...) Don't
hesitate to ask again if I misunderstood your question.
