Area of science: Botany
doing a final year high school biology project and have tested phosphatase
enzyme concentration in samples of seeds (cruciferae sp. and leguminosae)
and want to know what part the enzyme plays in the cell's metabolism and
any suggestions as to why there would be a difference in concentrations
between the 2 types of plants - cheers!
