I understand that all but the head and tail of a squirrel are edible. I don't know about squirrel milk...I would think you couldn't milk a squirrel or if you could there's jot that much to get. I don't think one would hold still long enough to let you try. Any meat to be "well Done" should reach an internal temperature of 180 degrees Farenheit.
