Subject: Why does fizzing occur when you mix vinegar with hot water?

I was cleaning at work the other day and i was preparing a cleaning
solution consisting of vinegar and very hot water. I noticed that when I
added vinegar to the hot water, it fizzed a lot. If you could please tell
me why this happens, that would be greatly appreciated!
