I have to write a conclusion for a Engineering experiment I have done about 
the surface tension of water. I have obtained results that show 
temperature does affect the surface tension of water (although there is 
not a clear pattern) but I cannot find an explanation for it although I 
have looked in numerous books and web pages. Can you help???
