Message:
I am isolating eye colour pigments - red and brown from a fruit fly. I have
thousands of flies for analysis, but all the methods are given for
immediate isolation of the pigments. I want to know how I could preserve
the heads so to avoid faint of the fluorescence? Thanks in advance
