Rob, thanks for your question. Unfortunately, I was not able to find any substances that would work out for ya. All of the flourescent substances that we have in the lab are absolutely not fit for human consumption, so I went to the web and looked around there. I had no luck there, so I turned to a colleague who has been known to help out some theatre departments find cool looking liquids and the like for various productions. He was also not aware of anything safe to ingest that would glow.

I tried my best! If something like this does exist, people are keeping it under their hat. Good luck in your quest.
