I am devising a experiment on electroculture to observe the effects of an 
electromagnetic field on seed germination and plant growth. I plan to 
expose these seeds at different magnitudes to see the results. But I am 
uncertain on how to create such an electromagnetic field suitable for this 
project. I would also like to know how i would be able to measure the 
electromagnetic force exhibited on the seeds and plants.
