Years ago, a family member was diagnosised with Lou Gehrig's Disease. At
that time there was no defined reason or cause of the disease, and it was
not considered a hereditary disease. With the research over the last 20
years, I am sure much has changed. Is this still not considered a
hereditary disease? Thank you
