Hydrogen cannot be used as an inexhaustable energy resource because it 
takes energy to remove the hydrogen from water and energy to store energy.  
Many feel that it will make an excellent energy transfer medium, much like 
electricity or gasoline is used today.  However it will take time and 
investment of resources to create the necessary infrastructure to make such
