No, Miranda does not have any lava flows, and never has. It's core is cold and solid, it is far too small to have any lava. In fact, it's only 500km across. Most scientists think that Miranda was either split apart by a huge impact of some sort and re-assembled itself, or was simply assembled from debris, because it has a great deal of surface feature variance and resembles the other moons and Uranus itself closely in many places. Within these surface features, there is no evidence of past lava flows.
[Moderator's note:- Very little is known about Miranda, since our only close look was provided by Voyager 2. In addition to the theory that Miranda was split apart by an impact, it's also thought that the features on the surface may have been caused by the melting and re-freezing of ice.
