Consider that N-(3-methylbutyl)acetamide is the attack pheromone of the
yellowjacket wasp, Industrial Chemist 8(12) 16 (1987). That might serve as
an adequate lure. The challenge would be less that of attracting them than
cancelling the attraction.
Be careful when you wish - you might get it.
