early in the morning the rate of respiration in plant is larger the the 
rate of photosynthesis. therefore there are not too much oxygen in the air 
when compare to the oxygen content in the air at noon. because the rate of 
photosynthesis is > the rate of respiration at that time .
so is noon time the better time for us to get fresh air ?
