First of all the difference between the evaporation rates of colored water
and plain water will very small, if any, almost unmeasurable.  The colored
water may attract more light, but the colro may also hold on to water
(chemically) more and prevent it from evaporating. So, on the whole, I don't
think there will be any difference.
